Grand Abhushan Utsav 3.0 Terms and Conditions

Pre-booking: 3-10 October 2026. Eligible billing: 11 October-5 December 2026. Bumper draw: 6 December 2026.

1. Organiser, acceptance and important notice

1.1 Grand Abhushan Utsav 3.0 (“Campaign”) is organised by Abhushan Diamonds & Gold Private Limited, trading as Abhushan Jewellers (“Abhushan” or “Organiser”), at the participating stores identified in Section 3, subject to applicable law.

1.2 By voluntarily accepting a Campaign voucher or draw coupon, depositing a coupon, participating in a draw or claiming a Campaign prize after access to these Terms and Conditions, the participant agrees to the rules stated here to the extent permitted by law. The terms are available free of charge at participating stores and on the official Campaign page.

1.3 A qualifying purchase or coupon provides the opportunity to participate in the relevant draw, but does not guarantee a prize. Customer rights relating to jewellery purchases and remedies available under law remain unaffected.

2. Rs 2 crore Campaign-value statement

2.1 The “Rs 2 Crore” headline describes the Campaign’s indicative potential aggregate promotional value, comprising assured vouchers and daily, weekly and bumper prizes. It does not mean a cash prize fund, a guaranteed minimum payout, or Rs 2 crore payable to any particular participant.

2.2 The aggregate value actually issued or awarded depends, among other factors, on the number of qualifying invoices, assured shopping vouchers issued, applicable redemptions and prizes awarded. It may be below or above Rs 2 crore. No fixed number of assured vouchers or unconditional Rs 2 crore distribution is promised.

2.3 Shopping vouchers are denominated in promotional shopping value, not cash. Their face value is subject to the redemption restrictions in Section 12. Abhushan shall honour the expressly specified prize quantities and validly accrued customer benefits under these terms.

2.4 The Organiser may maintain substantiating internal prize and promotional-value records without publishing an item-by-item value breakdown, subject to any applicable disclosure duty.

3. Participating stores and dates

3.1 Participating locations: M.G. Road, Agra; Sikandra, Agra; Marris Road, Aligarh; and Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. Only eligible invoices issued through the official billing system at these stores qualify.

3.2 The pre-booking promotional window was 3 October to 10 October 2026, inclusive. The main eligible purchase-and-invoicing period is 11 October to 5 December 2026, inclusive. The final bumper prize draw is scheduled for 6 December 2026. No purchase or invoice dated 6 December 2026 qualifies for the draws.

3.3 Every weekly draw and the bumper draw includes only purchases and coupon entries properly completed by the close of business on the night before that draw, as detailed in Schedule B. Draw dates are planned dates and may be changed only for genuine operational, security, legal or force-majeure reasons with appropriate public notice and fair preservation of previously valid entries.

4. Participants and exclusions

4.1 Valid entrants are genuine eligible jewellery-invoice purchasers identified in Abhushan’s official records. A prize claimant must satisfy applicable identity, age or guardian where relevant, tax and delivery requirements; prizes cannot be claimed under fictitious or misleading identities.

4.2 Employees of Abhushan Jewellers, their immediate families and personnel who conduct or control draws are excluded. Corporate, reseller, trade or institutional bulk purchases are excluded unless separately authorised and publicly disclosed before participation.

4.3 Purchases of loose stones, coins, repairs, polishing, service-only work, store credits and expressly excluded merchandise do not independently qualify; eligible purchases are gold, diamond and silver jewellery. Artificial invoice splitting, duplicate entries, false billing and coupon tampering may lead to disqualification after verification.

5. Eligible invoicing and coupon entitlement

5.1 Coupon eligibility is calculated on the genuine eligible jewellery tax-invoice value including GST, after relevant discounts, returns and cancellations. Where old gold is exchanged towards a new jewellery purchase, the full value of the new eligible jewellery shown on the invoice is considered; the old-gold settlement is not deducted merely because it reduces the cash balance paid.

5.2 For each completed Rs 25,000 block of eligible gold or silver jewellery: one standard coupon. For each completed Rs 25,000 block of eligible diamond jewellery: two standard coupons. The respective eligible pre-booking rates are two and four coupons for each completed Rs 25,000 block; see Schedule A.

5.3 For a mixed-category invoice, the eligible invoiced values are calculated category-wise and their applicable coupon totals added. Fractional Rs 25,000 blocks do not earn an additional coupon and balances are not carried forward or combined across separate invoices.

5.4 Each physical coupon has a unique serial number linked to its qualifying invoice and store. Coupons are not independently saleable, transferable, redeemable for cash or eligible for additional prizes once that particular coupon has won.

6. Pre-booking incentive

6.1 The double-coupon pre-booking incentive applies to qualifying jewellery booked between 3 and 10 October 2026, inclusive, and subsequently invoiced as an eligible completed purchase on or before 5 December 2026.

6.2 Any order, booking or advance that has not resulted in a completed eligible final jewellery tax invoice by the end of business on 5 December 2026 earns no draw coupons, notwithstanding that it was booked within the offer window. No special pre-booking multiplier applies to a later invoice.

6.3 The ordinary coupon rules and verified invoice records determine the final coupon quantity. Pre-booking does not separately entitle a person to an award without completed eligible invoicing.

7. Coupon deposit, records and weekly-to-bumper handling

7.1 Draw coupons must be deposited in the designated store ballot box before the relevant weekly or bumper eligibility cut-off. Abhushan retains deposited originals and records their serial numbers against the bill; winners need not produce the deposited coupon itself to claim a prize.

7.2 Each weekly draw uses only the coupons relating to eligible invoicing during that particular weekly qualifying period. Following the weekly draw, all winning physical coupons are retired; the remaining valid non-winning coupons are transferred to and securely stored in the separate bumper draw pool. The weekly ballot box is then emptied and used for fresh entries for the next qualifying weekly period.

7.3 A coupon can win only one weekly or bumper prize. Other valid coupons belonging to the same person remain eligible under the published draw rules. All original non-winning weekly coupons carried into the bumper pool remain eligible for the bumper draw without any requirement that customers resubmit them.

7.4 Eligible invoices issued from 28 November to 5 December 2026 create bumper-draw entries only; there is no seventh weekly draw. Properly deposited eligible coupons from this period join the bumper pool. Abhushan will keep audit records of coupon issuance, deposit, transfer, selection, retirement and prize claims.

7.5 Lost, altered, counterfeited, destroyed, duplicated or undeposited physical coupons are not replaced or accepted, subject to any mandatory legal rights. Genuine documented billing or clerical errors may be corrected against the electronic invoice-and-coupon register.

8. Daily diamond-ring draw

8.1 Exactly one diamond ring, with an advertised retail value of approximately Rs 15,000, shall be drawn companywide on each qualifying draw day from 11 October through 27 November 2026, inclusive; this is one ring across all participating stores combined, not one per store.

8.2 Each valid same-day eligible jewellery invoice for at least Rs 25,000, inclusive of GST, gets one entry in the daily-ring selection, irrespective of the invoice size above that threshold. The system randomly chooses one eligible bill number from invoices issued that day at participating stores that were open.

8.3 The daily selection is electronic and based on invoice number, not a physical coupon. Invoices from prior dates cannot enter a later daily draw. If all participating stores are closed, or the date is an officially declared companywide store holiday or non-draw day, no diamond ring is drawn or carried forward for that date. If fewer than four stores operate on an otherwise qualifying day, the companywide draw uses eligible invoices from the operating participating stores.

8.4 Winning the daily diamond ring does not cancel, remove or reduce the winning invoice’s separately issued weekly or bumper coupons; those coupons remain eligible according to their normal rules. The Organiser shall preserve appropriate electronic selection logs and invoice checks.

9. Weekly and bumper draws

9.1 The six planned weekly draw dates are 17, 24 and 31 October and 14, 21 and 28 November 2026; the bumper draw is planned for 6 December 2026. The applicable qualifying periods and closing rules are in Schedule B.

9.2 For each weekly draw, one coupon is randomly selected from the valid physical coupon pool for each announced prize; the selection is recorded and conducted live on official social media where announced. The coupon pool will be checked for validity before the award is confirmed.

9.3 The 6 December bumper draw uses valid non-winning coupons preserved from the weekly draws plus new eligible bumper-only coupons from 28 November to 5 December. No new sales or entries dated 6 December are included.

9.4 All selections are provisional until invoice, coupon, participant and tax verification. If a drawn entry proves invalid, an auditable additional selection or previously recorded reserve selection shall determine the replacement winner, subject to these rules. Any material change of draw date or closing period shall be communicated on the official Campaign and winners pages.

10. Prize inventory and specifications

10.1 Weekly prizes over six rounds: 6 Apple iPhone 17 base-model handsets, 6 Dyson Airwrap Origin devices, 12 gold coins of 1 gram and 22 karat each, 18 five-star hotel stays of one room-night per prize with booking value up to Rs 8,000 each, 36 silver coins of 5 grams and 999 purity each, and 120 shopping vouchers of Rs 10,000 face value each. The planned allocation is shown in Schedule C.

10.2 Bumper prizes are one Kia Sonet, one Skoda Kylaq and one Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The exact new vehicle variant, specification and colour supplied will be selected by the Organiser based on actual dealer availability; no particular trim, configuration, colour or accessories are promised.

10.3 The diamond-ring prize’s approximate advertised retail value is Rs 15,000 per awarded ring. Exact jewellery attributes may differ, but the article delivered shall be reasonably consistent with the advertised prize. Applicable tax valuation may differ from promotional retail value.

10.4 Hotel stays are limited to one room-night at an Organiser-selected participating five-star property, with maximum covered accommodation value of Rs 8,000. Booking is subject to availability and the stated hotel or voucher conditions; transport, extra occupants, meals, other incidentals and any amount above the limit are the winner’s responsibility unless specifically included in writing. The award does not guarantee a chosen destination or hotel.

10.5 Electronic-prize colour, memory or storage, packaging and supplier availability may vary within the named base product or model; normal manufacturer or vendor warranty and service policies apply. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and manufacturer naming does not represent manufacturer sponsorship unless expressly declared.

11. Vehicle claims and costs

11.1 For the Kia Sonet, Skoda Kylaq and Harley-Davidson prizes, Abhushan will identify and arrange the offered available vehicle through its designated dealer. Applicable TDS or other prize taxes, vehicle registration, RTO or road tax, insurance, accessories, optional upgrades, transport beyond the disclosed delivery point and incidental expenses are the winner’s responsibility unless expressly included in writing.

11.2 A winner wishing to upgrade, change colour or discuss another variant may approach the vehicle dealer directly at their own cost, subject to the dealer’s approval and stock availability. Abhushan has no duty to provide a cash equivalent, reimbursement, upgrade allowance or vehicle buyback. The winner may accept the offered vehicle as described or decline it; declining does not create a cash entitlement.

11.3 Handover requires legally necessary identity, tax, registration, insurance and dealer paperwork. No prize shall be released contrary to statutory requirements.

12. Rs 5000 assured vouchers and Rs 10000 weekly vouchers

12.1 One assured shopping voucher worth Rs 5,000 shall be issued against each eligible completed jewellery invoice of at least Rs 25,000, including GST. The threshold relates to issuance of the voucher; it is not an additional minimum bill value required when the voucher is subsequently redeemed. The voucher is issued once per qualifying invoice, not once for each Rs 25,000 multiple.

12.2 A total of 120 weekly-draw shopping vouchers with a face value of Rs 10,000 each is included in the weekly prize schedule. Both Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000 GAU vouchers are redeemable exclusively against making charges on diamond jewellery at the four participating Abhushan stores. They cannot be used against the price of gold or silver jewellery, diamond, gold or silver intrinsic value, coins, repairs or other charges.

12.3 There is no separate minimum shopping invoice value for redemption. However, the eligible diamond-jewellery making charges on the redemption invoice must be at least the full face value of the voucher presented because each voucher must be redeemed in full in one transaction. No partial utilisation, splitting, future balance, cash refund or change is available.

12.4 Only one voucher issued under GAU 3.0 may be redeemed against one purchase invoice. GAU vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, coupon, discount, promotion or wallet credit.

12.5 All GAU 3.0 Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000 vouchers expire on 30 March 2027, inclusive, at the normal closing time of the selected participating store. Each voucher is non-transferable and linked to the original eligible customer. Lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or misplaced vouchers are non-recoverable, and duplicates or replacements will not be issued. No redemption after expiry or conversion into cash is allowed, subject to mandatory law.

12.6 Voucher authenticity and redemption are checked against Abhushan records. Fraudulent, already used, altered or otherwise invalid vouchers shall not be accepted. Abhushan will honour valid vouchers according to the conditions properly disclosed when they were issued.

13. Winner notification and 60-day claim period

13.1 Provisional results are published at the official winners page and may also be announced at participating stores and official Abhushan social channels. The Organiser will make reasonable attempts to contact selected winners using the customer information linked to the invoice.

13.2 A winner may claim a prize within 60 calendar days after its official draw-result announcement, subject to all verification and legally required tax formalities. To start a claim, the winner must notify or visit a participating Abhushan store within this 60-day period with government-issued photo ID and the original invoice or verifiable invoice details. Physical originals already deposited in ballot boxes are verified by Abhushan, not demanded from the claimant.

13.3 The Organiser may require PAN, contact verification, bank or tax records as legally appropriate and manufacturer, hotel or vehicle documents required for lawful transfer or delivery. The claimant must complete reasonable outstanding formalities promptly after notification; the 60-day period is a claim window and does not guarantee immediate vehicle delivery or hotel booking.

13.4 If a selected winner declines, is disqualified after verification or makes no timely valid claim despite reasonable contact attempts, Abhushan may award the prize to an eligible reserve winner selected through a documented random procedure. Reserve winners shall be individually notified and granted a reasonable claim window. This does not affect lawful consumer remedies.

14. Income tax, TDS and prize valuation

14.1 Prize winnings are subject to Indian income-tax law as applicable. For qualifying lottery or game winnings under Section 393(3) of the Income-tax Act, 2025, tax deduction requirements may arise where a single winning transaction exceeds Rs 10,000; qualifying winnings are generally taxed at the special rate applicable under Section 194(1), presently 30%, subject to the rates in force and the winner’s circumstances. The Rs 20,000 threshold should not be assumed to apply to these draw winnings.

14.2 Where the prize is wholly or partly in kind and cash does not cover applicable withholding, the Organiser must ensure the required tax has been paid before the prize is released. A winner may be asked to arrange the lawful withholding amount and provide PAN, government ID and other tax documents. Abhushan will discharge its own statutory tax-deduction, payment and reporting obligations and provide the prescribed TDS certificate when applicable.

14.3 Taxable prize values will be established using applicable law and reasonable supporting invoices or valuation records; promotional retail value or MRP is not automatically the taxable value for all prizes. The tax treatment of assured shopping vouchers and any non-winnings benefits will follow their applicable classification. Any further personal income-tax or related tax liability legally payable by the winner remains their responsibility.

15. Prize receipt and optional photography consent

15.1 On claiming or collecting a prize, the winner must complete a reasonable signed prize-receipt declaration acknowledging identity, article or model delivered, any visible delivery issues and completion of statutory paperwork. The declaration is evidence of delivery and is not a general release of liability or waiver of rights that cannot be waived by law.

15.2 Consent to publish a winner’s recognisable photograph or video, personal testimonial or likeness for Abhushan advertising must be offered clearly as a separate, optional choice. A winner’s refusal of optional promotional publicity does not forfeit an otherwise valid prize. A winner who consents may allow use of agreed handover imagery, name and city for Campaign publicity without separate payment, subject to applicable privacy law and lawful withdrawal rights.

15.3 Limited accurate winner-result information necessary for administration of a publicly advertised draw may be displayed on the official winners page in accordance with privacy law; PAN, home address, complete invoice details and other unnecessary personal information will not be published.

16. Disqualification, corrections and force majeure

16.1 Abhushan may invalidate entries based on objectively verifiable false invoicing, manipulation, duplicate or forged coupons, unlawful entries, eligibility breaches or intentional interference with the draw, after reasonable checks and documented reasons. Billing and draw administration errors may be corrected transparently.

16.2 Draw timings or mechanics may be changed for demonstrable technical outages, legal requirements, government action, natural calamities, security incidents or other genuine events beyond reasonable control. A revised schedule will be announced on the Campaign page and, where practicable, through participating stores and official social channels. Already accrued eligible rights will be preserved so far as lawful and practicable.

16.3 Management decisions will be based on published conditions and available records, but remain subject to consumer law, applicable statutory remedies and review by competent authorities. Nothing here authorises arbitrary prize withdrawal or misleading publication.

17. Privacy, prize vendors and responsibility

17.1 Abhushan may use necessary purchase and contact information to administer entries, audit draws, verify winners, comply with tax or statutory requirements and arrange delivery. Relevant data may be shared with appropriately authorised staff, auditors, prize suppliers, dealers, tax advisers and authorities to the extent lawful and necessary, with reasonable security and retention procedures.

17.2 Manufacturers, authorised dealers and hotels manage their own warranties, bookings and product-service procedures. The Organiser does not guarantee third-party performance beyond commitments imposed on it by law or expressly made in these terms.

17.3 No provision excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, material misrepresentation or statutory rights and remedies that cannot be excluded. Separate marketing communications and photo or video publicity are governed by applicable notice and consent obligations.

18. Complaints, law and official channels

18.1 Indian law governs these terms. Subject to applicable law, competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction where territorially and legally appropriate; this does not deprive customers of access to consumer commissions, regulators or other mandatory statutory forums.

18.2 Campaign inquiries, prize claims or grievances may be raised in person at participating stores, or using the published store contact numbers in Schedule D. Customers should quote the relevant invoice number, purchase date and coupon number if available. Abhushan will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

18.3 The official Campaign page is abhushanjewellers.com/gau-3 and the official winners/results page is abhushanjewellers.com/gau-3/winners.html. Material changes will be published through those official channels. Abhushan will retain internal records of revisions and draw decisions.

18.4 These Terms and Conditions are intended to be read consistently with lawful, material promises expressly made to participants at the relevant time. No later clarification or amendment shall retrospectively eliminate a validly accrued promised benefit contrary to applicable law.
